Friday was a bit of a write off. The few good things were.....


I managed to convince my laptop to talk to the internet via my linux box as a server [ or router...depending upon how pedantic you wish to be ].

I then used Star Office 5.2 [ Which is a fucking amazingly marvellous piece of sotware ] which does absolutely everything that Microsoft office does but on a Linux platform, to sort out my finances. I drew up a shit load of charts that were demonstrating my debts and became utterly disheartened. So disheartened, that I turned to alcohol.

After I was absolutely trollied Emma arrived home and we bogged off to the "Stamford Arms", drank beer and came home. We then made a very simple dinner and watched TV. Frankly I was in such a fucking mess that there was little else I could do. Watched the new series of Southpark...which was kick arse, and then crashed in bed.

To summarise, the day was an utter mess...I finally gave in to the calling of my alcohol dependancy and drank for England.
